What's your typical minimum order?+−
We specialize in large-quantity, high-volume production runs. If you're not sure whether your volume is a fit, give us a call — we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right partner.
Do you make custom dies, or only run existing profiles?+−
Both. We design and build custom tooling in-house using CAD-driven design, CNC machining, and wire-EDM. For qualifying volumes we offer reduced die fees.
Which materials can you extrude?+−
PVC, ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene, TPE, and a range of specialty and custom compounds — including UV-stabilized, flame-retardant, colored, and filled materials. See our Materials page for details.
How do I request a quote?+−
Send us your print or drawing through our Get a Quote form, or call 229-423-2929. Include your material, tolerances, and estimated volume and we'll respond within one business day.
Are you ISO certified?+−
Yes. Custom Profiles is an ISO 9001:2015 registered facility (Registrar: Intertek). Quality runs through everything we do, from prototyping to final inspection.
Where are you located and do you ship nationwide?+−
We're based in Fitzgerald, Georgia, and we ship to manufacturers across the country. Everything we make is proudly made in the U.S.A.
